1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OtherMe ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OtherMe. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OtherMe to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Generate, request, or attempt to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or adult content of any kind. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all transformations.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

4. Credits & payments

Credits are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire. Pricing may change with notice. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant OtherMe a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. Generated results are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
