1. Credit purchases

OtherMe sells digital credits that can be used to generate transformations. Credits are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment.

2. Used credits are non-refundable

Once credits are used to generate images, they are non-refundable.

3. Unused credit refunds

If you purchased credits by mistake, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may issue a refund for unused credits at our discretion.

4. Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged but did not receive credits, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue.
